No Overnights: Visits are short (15–45 minutes). Your bed remains yours.
No Turnovers: No professional cleaning or laundry required between guests.
No Strangers: You approve every visitor. No anonymous bookings, ever.
A living archive of your creative identity.
Passive Income for Your Design: Earn revenue from the investment you’ve already made in your home’s architecture and interiors.
The Most Honest Autobiography: You’ve built a space that reflects who you are. Digs allows that story to live beyond your private life.
Low Impact, High Value: Host on your own terms. Whether it’s two hours a month or two hours a week, you dictate the schedule.
Step 1: Create Your Profile. List your home as a “Dig.” Highlight the architectural details, the renovation story, or the unique curation that makes it remarkable.
Step 2: Set Your Guardrails. You define the “Off-Limits” zones, the maximum group size (usually 1–6), and your available windows for visits.
Step 3: Review & Approve. When an Explorer requests a visit, you see their verified ID and profile. You have the final say on every booking.
Step 4: Host the Story. Be present during the 15–45 minute visit to share the “why” behind your space. Once they leave, your day continues as normal.
You (or a trusted representative) are always there. You are the guide, not just a landlord.
Every visitor is government ID-verified. We know exactly who is in your home.
Every Dig is covered by our Host Protection and Liability insurance for total peace of mind.
Sync your calendar so you only receive requests when it’s convenient for you.
A typical 30-minute curated visit for a group of four can generate $120 in revenue. Host three groups on a Saturday morning and earn $360 without ever changing a bed sheet.
We are currently onboarding Curators for our Chicago launch in Fall 2026.
