Government ID Check: Every Curator and Explorer must pass a secure, third-party ID verification process before they can book or host a visit.
Address Privacy: Home addresses are never public. They are only revealed to an Explorer after a Curator has manually approved the visit request.
Profile Transparency: See who you are meeting. Profiles include photos, verified badges, and a history of community reviews.

Host-Present Only: Unlike rentals, a Dig is never an “empty house” experience. Curators (or their designated representatives) are always present to guide the visit and maintain the space.

Small Group Limits: We strictly cap visits to small, manageable groups (typically 1–6 people). This prevents “crowding” and ensures a quiet, low-impact presence in the neighborhood.
- Off-Limits Zones: Curators have total digital and physical control. They designate which areas are open for the visit and which remain private.

Host Protection Insurance: We provide specialized insurance coverage for our Curators, protecting your home and property during every scheduled visit.
Visitor Liability: We maintain comprehensive liability standards to ensure that Explorers and Curators are protected against the unexpected.
Secure Payments: All financial transactions are handled through our encrypted platform. No cash ever changes hands on-site.

Zero-Tolerance Policy
We maintain a strict “one-strike” policy for safety or behavior violations. If a user doesn’t respect the sanctuary of a home or the safety of a guest, they are removed from the platform.
