How to "Dig"
Step 1: Discover. Explore private homes in Chicago, from historic restorations to modern architectural lofts.
Step 2: Request an Invitation. Select a time that works for you and the Curator. Because these are private homes, you aren’t just “booking”—you are requesting an invitation to visit.
Step 3: The Verified Visit. Once approved, you’ll receive the address. Show up for your 15–45 minute visit.
Step 4: Experience the Story. Your host will be there to greet you, share the “why” behind their design, and let you experience the space at your own pace.

Small Groups Only: Visits are intimate (typically 1–4 people) to preserve the home’s atmosphere.
Respect the Sanctuary: Follow the host’s lead on “shoes-off” policies and off-limits zones.
Be a Guest, Not a Buyer: Digs is for cultural appreciation, not real estate transactions. Enjoy the design, leave the “market value” talk at the door.
